The Unoffical Absence Thread 2.0

Just like the last thread, this is to give everyone a heads-up for whenever you'll be AWOL for an extended period of time.

I'm in the process of going on leave. My presence is going to be spotty at best, followed by dropping completely off the map for a while. Also when I get back from leave, I'm getting moved from one day off per week to one day off every two weeks. Fortunately by then I shouldn't have more than a month left.

I will be absent all of this Saturday from the forums and IRC, on account of going to a comic convention of sorts in my area.

Around December 13th-20th I'm going to be scarce due to finals; might also be traveling with Zoftan/Abattoir immediately afterwards for the holidays. So if you don't see us much, we're doing family stuff. :)

Out of action until Monday down-under time. Enjoy!

Alright, finally back. I would have been back sooner, but having to stay in the office until two or three in the morning tends to shift one's priorities.

I'm returning after been gone for ages. IRL drama, school and just feeling shittiness and depression from drama meant that CDN was just pushed from my mind.

May be gone for a few days. Bit of a storm heading our way.

A testweek is lifting its ugly head again, so I'll try to limit my IRC time a little, as well as scrolling the boards. To all I was supposed to RP with, I gathered that you're pretty busy too so I guess this is simply convenient.

I am in the same boat as Talonz. I just finished my first of four this week, in fact (woo!). I'll be scarce until next week, needless to say.

I'm safe from the storm, hope everyone else is too but midterm season has obviously been a bit harsh on me. I know I have pending RP with people but I might have to ask you to indulge me a bit longer. Hopefully by the weekend I'll be more stable. Just wanted to shoot out a "I'm not dead" message.

I know I haven't been hugely active on the forums of late; blame it on a new job, busy life and slight lack of motivation on my part. I am lurking around though, so if anyone needs me just send me a PM!

I promise I will get some AEGIS stuff going soon, plus I'll be possibly looking at taking on new members for anyone interested (But that's not for discussion in this thread).

So my laptop finally gave up and died. Unfortunately I can't afford to replace it right now so I won't be on much on IRC. However, for the people I'm RPing with, I'll still post but just ignore any weird iPhone spellings/words.

So, started this week as an assistant manager at work.

Unfortunately, promotion means they've switched my shifts (I'm not 'strong' enough to run a shift by myself, so no openings for me), so don't expect to see me around most nights unless you stay up reeaaaaallly late (EST late. Not Europe or Asia/Aussie late).

On that note, this Friday and Saturday I will likely not be on, at all, due to fiance's company party and work schedule.

Due to having to sort out something at a new job, lack of communication between educational departments plus the badly run, disorganised mess which passes for course plans at university i'm going to be on very infrequently. This is probably going to be the case for at least the next couple of months. I will be posting as often as I can, but that's not saying much.

Apologies to Sandman specifically, with any luck i'll have a post up by tomorrow assuming Murphy's Law does not strike yet again.

Deluged by work, of both the paying and the thesis kind. Gunny, Fisher, I'll have something up within a few days, sorry for keeping you both waiting so long!

Just writing to announce that Vohk and I will have time to post stuff later. His great grandmother was in the hospital, and died peacefully last night at the age of 96. Funeral will likely be this Sunday, and that for everyone we're involved with, we'll try to post soon as we can.
