Out Of Character Notes For: E&T_Hoshi

Hoshi had a lot of evolution to do to get to this point. Originally she was an experiment to see if I could translate one of my favorite characters, Hoshino Yumemi of the visual novel Planetarian, into the Mass Effect world, but it failed because I hardly did anything and her skills didn't line up with her inspiration at all.Hopefully, with some characters attached to her I can now actually do things with her, not to mention the new characters I've been planning.
